What to bring:
You will need your own mat or towel to lie on. A small towel to be rolled up and placed under the neck can be helpful in some side lying positions. Pilates on the Ball requires use of a large exercise ball. You may like to bring some water along during the warmer months. We work in bare-feet or socks. Dress in layers to allow for regulation of body heat.About the Classes:
Pilates on the Ball
Bring your own ball and get ready to laugh! We will continue to work with the large exercise/fit balls, challenging core stability with added global muscle exercises. You'll still need your mat, and we'll work in bare feet for this class.
Intermediate
The intermediate class, designed for experienced participants, will introduce more challenging elements, as well as incorporating a flow to the exercises, to build endurance.
All Other Classes
We will continue to develop the Pilates principles into our exercises and class content will be catered towards the specific class, with modifications and options given where necessary. All classes will continue to incorporate use of the bands, chi balls and relaxation exercises to maintain variety and to achieve specific results. Click here to register now!
