Private Pilates Sessions:

All sessions are mat-based, with the inclusion of small equipment to address key areas and challenge your strength and mobility. Your first session will address your specific targets, issues and limitations. You will benefit from an interactive session with enough detail to help your personal practice develop and accomplish your goals. Natasha is also a fully qualified Personal Trainer, dedicated to helping you reach your goals if they fall beyond the scope of Pilates.

FIT MUM's Program: A six week program, consisting of 2 x 30 minute sessions each week, including an intial consultation. Your specific goals will be discussed and realistic targets will be set to be acheived in the 6 week period. Training takes place in the comfort of your own home, around your child's schedule. Whether you are interested specifically in Pilates or a broader program - including weightloss, improved fitness or general well being - the fit mum's program will amaze you with your acheivements. Pregnancy Pilates: Pilates can be very beneficial for Pregnancy. A private Pilates for Pregnancy session will introduce to you a variety of safe and effective Pilates exercises that can be practiced during Pregnancy. Modifications to traditional exercises will also be addressed to ensure a thorough understanding that can be applied to personal practice or group classes.
