"I attended your Thursday night class during the first term of 2009 at the Hurstville Jump St Studios. Being a first time pilates attendee I had very little idea of what a pilates class entailed. I was surprised at the amount of strength required for some exercises and you certainly made them all look very easy - which for me, was not the case! The classes were very enjoyable and the allotted time of 45mins flew past each session. I often felt muscle soreness a day or so after each class which I felt was a good thing - perhaps I was doing some of the exercises correctly!
